1. Official
Roster/Waiver Form--each team is allowed a head coach, an assistant
coach and one scorekeeper on the roster. Roster/Waiver form must be sent
in by deadline along with the entry fee..
2. Personal checks
will not be accepted. Only Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders, and please
make payable to East Texas Shootout.
3.
No refunds will be given once
entry fee reaches East Texas Shootout office.
4.
Games will begin on
Friday on three day tournaments. Games will begin on Saturday on two day
tournaments. We will try and accommodate everyone’s schedule requests to
the best of our ability.
